Publication of Annual Report and Notice of AGM
Paris, France and Camberley, UK - 24 May 2019 - Novacyt (EURONEXT GROWTH: ALNOV; AIM: NCYT), an international specialist in clinical diagnostics, today announces that the Company's Annual Report and Accounts ("Annual Report") for the year ended 31 December 2018 has been published and uploaded to the Company's website. The Annual Report will also be posted in hard copy to all shareholders that hold ordinary shares through CREST Depository Interests (CDIs). The Notice of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and a Form of Proxy have been posted to shareholders.
