BOARD COMMITTEE CHANGE

Royal Dutch Shell plc (the "Company") announces that Linda G. Stuntz, a
Non-executive Director of the Company, has been appointed a member of the
Nomination and Succession Committee with effect from June 1, 2016.

Following this change, the membership of the Nomination and Succession Committee
will be as follows:
