The Go-Ahead Group plc makes the following notification pursuant to the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
ES Corporate Trustees Limited, as Trustee of the Company's HM Revenue and Customs approved Share Incentive Plan (the "SIP"), has notified the Company on 13 October 2016 that it purchased ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company on behalf of the following persons discharging managerial responsibility at a price of £20.00 per share on 12 October 2016.
