Director/PDMR shareholdings
Trinity (AIM: TRIN), the leading independent E&P company focused on Trinidad and Tobago, announces that as part of the recent $20 million fundraising (the "Fundraising") announced on 25 June 2018, certain Directors and their connected parties participated in the Subscription, which formed part of the Fundraising.�
Further details of the Directors' subscriptions, and the subsequent shareholdings of the Directors and the David and Christina Segel Living Trust, are set out in the table below:
