Polymetal International plc (LSE, MOEX: POLY, ADR: AUCOY) (together with its subsidiaries - "Polymetal", the "Company", or the "Group") publishes its Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 201 7 and announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held at "etc. venues Monument", 8 Eastcheap, London, EC3M 1AE, UK on Wednesday, 25 April, 2018 at 11.00 am (BST).

In connection with this, the following documents have been made available to shareholders on 22 March 2018:

-���� Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2017 ("Annual Report");

-���� Notice of Annual General Meeting ("Notice");

-���� Proxy Form; and

-���� Notice of Availability - Annual Report.
