The Company announces the following dealings in the Company's ordinary shares of 10p each ('Shares') undertaken by directors / persons discharging managerial responsibility ('PDMRs').
On 1 July 2019, David Potts exercised his options over 7,411 Ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company pursuant to the terms of the Wm Morrison Supermarkets PLC Sharesave Scheme ('Sharesave').
The shares were purchased at 170 pence per share.
