WH Smith PLC (the "Company") announces that Henry Staunton (PDMR) transferred a certificated holding of 9,523 Ordinary shares of 226/67 pence each in the Company to his nominee account with Wealth Nominees Limited for nil consideration.� The PDMR then transferred the 9,523 shares to a nominee account in the name of his spouse, Mrs Karen Staunton (PCA), also held with Wealth Nominees Limited.� Following the transfer, the aggregate shareholding of Henry Staunton and persons closely associated with him remains unchanged.
