�RusHydro's Annual Report 2019

April 30, 2020. Moscow, Russia. PJSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: MOEX, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) announces that its Annual Report 2019 has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism (NSM) of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) on April 30, 2020.

RusHydro's Annual report for 2019 is a subject to preliminary approval of the Board of Directors and final approval of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
