Directorate change - effective date

 

 

Prudential plc ("Prudential") announced on 18 May 2017 that Mark FitzPatrick would be appointed as Chief Financial Officer and an Executive Director, succeeding Nic Nicandrou, who would take over as Chief Executive of Prudential Corporation Asia. 

 

Prudential now confirms that the effective date of Mr FitzPatrick's appointment and Mr Nicandrou's role change will be 17 July 2017.
