Blue Prism (AIM: PRSM), a global leader in Robotic Process Automation ("RPA"), announces that its Chief Sales Officer, Peter O'Neill, has been awarded the following Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") awards over 11,530 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Group ("Ordinary Shares").
The award is made under the Group's 2019 LTIP and is subject to a vesting period running until 31 January 2022 in the same manner as other awards made under that LTIP. Further details of the applicable performance conditions are provided in the Group's annual report for the year ended 31 October 2018.
