Annual Report and Accounts�2018 and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Following the release on 24 May 2018 of its preliminary results for the year ended 31 March 2018, Renewi plc announces that it has published its Annual Report and Accounts�2018.

Renewi also announces that its 2018 Annual General Meeting will be held at 11am on Thursday 12 July 2018 at the offices of Ashurst LLP, Broadwalk House, 5 Appold Street, London EC2A 2HA. �

Hard copies of these documents have also been mailed to those shareholders who have elected to continue to receive paper communications.
