Further to the announcement made on 26 April 2018, which detailed the vesting and allotment of ordinary shares of nil par value in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') under the Company's Performance Share Plans, and following the Admission of those new Ordinary Shares on 27 April 2018, each of the Directors and PDMRs listed below has now sold the following number of Ordinary Shares, at a price of 81.6p per Ordinary Share:

In addition, Breedon has been advised that Peter Tom CBE, Executive Chairman of the Company, has purchased 250,000 Ordinary Shares at 81.0p per Ordinary Share.� Following this transaction, Mr Tom is interested in 42,744,063 Ordinary Shares representing 2.55% of the Company's issued share capital.
