Departure of Certain Officers
On December 16, 2015, Mr. David R. Hansen, Senior Vice President, Administration of Westlake Chemical Corporation (the “Company”), notified the Company that he intended to resign that position on December 30, 2015 and to retire on March 31, 2016.
