Julie Palmer, Regional Managing Partner at Begbies Traynor Group plc, has exercised share options ("the Options") over 150,000 ordinary 5 pence shares in the Group ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 36.69p. Using net settlement, this has resulted in the issue and allotment of 42,088 Ordinary Shares. The Ordinary Shares are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM on 11 January 2017
