Director / PDMR shareholding

The Company announces that on 13 October 2017 the Trustee of the Company's HMRC Approved Employee Share Acquisition Plan ("ESAP") reinvested the Company's interim dividend and allocated a total of 275 ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the Company to ESAP participants.� The shares were purchased on 13 October 2017 at a price of �2.85 per share.
As a result, the Company has been notified that Paul Webb and Mike Stilwell, directors of the Company, have acquired an interest in 19 shares and 11 shares respectively.� The resultant interests of Paul Webb and Mike Stilwell are as follows:
