The Company was informed on 8 November 2019 that on that date Kevin Rountree, Chief Executive Officer of Games Workshop, acquired 107 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company under the Company's dividend reinvestment plan at a price of £50.222624 per share.
