NOTIFICATION UNDER LISTING RULE 9.6.14

 

 

 

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14R, Lloyds Banking Group plc ("Company") announces that Sara Weller, an independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, will be appointed as a Non-Executive Director of BT Group plc ("BT") and become a member of BT's Nominations Committee immediately before BT's 2020 Annual General Meeting on or around 16 July 2020. BT is listed on the London Stock Exchange.  Sara has also confirmed her intention to step down from the Board of United Utilities Group PLC at its Annual General Meeting to be held on 24 July 2020.
