FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31.03.2018

In terms of Regulation 33(3)(d) and Regulation 30(6) of the SEBI Listing Regulations 2015, we forward herewith a copy of the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Results of the Bank for the financial year ended 31^st March 2018, taken on record by the Central Board of the Bank at its Meeting held on date.

2. Further, we advise that the Central Board of the Bank, at its Meeting held on date, has not declared any Dividend for the financial year ended 31^st March 2018.
