Notice of Annual General Meeting
Watkin Jones plc (AIM:WJG), a leading UK developer and constructor of multi-occupancy residential property assets, with a focus on the student accommodation and build to rent sectors, announces that electronic copies of its Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 30 September 2018, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy, will be available from the Company's investor relations website at www.watkinjonesplc.com on Tuesday, 22 January 2019. Hard copies of the 2018 Annual Report and Financial Statements, Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy will be posted to shareholders today.
The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, 14 February 2019 at the offices of Buchanan, 107 Cheapside, London EC2V 6DN.
