(PVR LN, PRP ID), the Irish based Oil and Gas Exploration Company, is today sending its Annual Report for the year ended December 31, 2016 ("Annual Report") together with a notice of its Annual General Meeting ("AGM Notice") to shareholders. �The Annual General Meeting is convened to be held at The Hilton Dublin, Charlemont Place, Dublin 2, D02 A893, Ireland on Wednesday May 24, 2017 at 10.00am.
