The Company has been notified that Alan Mackenzie, Chief Executive of Breedon Northern Limited and a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR'), has sold 15,300 ordinary shares in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 89.5p per Ordinary Share.�
�
As at today there are 1,446,562,770 Ordinary Shares in issue.� This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company.
