Notification of Transactions of Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities

The Company has been notified of the following transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs").
�
On 12 January 2018, Lindsay Page, Chief Operating Officer, exercised and sold options under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan 2013 in respect of 28,393 Ordinary Shares in the Company. As a result of the transaction,�there was no change in Lindsay Page's shareholding and as such he holds 81,229� Ordinary �Shares, representing� 0.18 % of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
�
Lindsay Page also holds options in respect of a further 72,765 Ordinary Shares under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan 2013.
�
The attached notification, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, gives further detail of this transaction, together with details of additional transactions by certain PDMRs.
