(i)���������� Vesting of Award - Long Term Incentive Plan
On 8 May 2018, awards vested under the Centrica Long Term Incentive Plan.� The awards were granted on 6 May 2015.
The vesting of the awards was subject to the satisfaction of performance conditions.� Following the sale of Shares for tax, the remaining Shares are subject to a two-year mandatory holding period until 6 May 2020.
