On 24th July 2017 Unilever announced the pricing of €500,000,000 0.000% Fixed Rate Notes due July 2021, €650,000,000 0.875% Fixed Rated Notes due July 2025 and €750,000,000 1.375% Fixed Rated Notes due July 2029, to be issued by Unilever N.V. and guaranteed by Unilever PLC and Unilever United States, Inc. The anticipated issue date of the offering is 31st July 2017.
