ITE Group plc (the 'Company') today announces its Annual Report for the financial year ended 30 September 2018 and the Notice of Meeting for the Annual General Meeting are available to view on the Company's website at www.ite-exhibitions.com.

A copy of the Annual Report, the Notice of Meeting and the Proxy Form have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm and printed copies will be posted to shareholders on Thursday 20 December 2018.
