Director and PDMR Dealings
The Company has been notified that Mike Pearce, Managing Director of Breedon Southern Limited and a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR'), has purchased 13,480 ordinary shares in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 74.0p per Ordinary Share. As at the date hereof, Mike Pearce has no interest in any other Ordinary Shares.
As at today there are 1,679,124,342 Ordinary Shares in issue. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company.
