Publication of 2018 Annual Report and Accounts

Ferrexpo announces that it has today published its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2018 (the "2018 Annual Report").

The 2018 Annual Report is available to view on our website at www.ferrexpo.com and will be sent to shareholders in due course.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1R, a copy of the 2018 Annual Report has been uploaded to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for viewing shortly at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm
