Annual Report & Accounts 2018 and Notice of 2019 Annual General Meeting

The Vitec Group plc announces that it has published its Annual Report & Accounts 2018. The following documents have been mailed today, Wednesday 20 March 2019, to those shareholders who have elected to receive paper copies:   

·      Annual Report & Accounts 2018

·      Notice of the 2019 Annual General Meeting ("AGM")

·      Proxy Form

The Annual Report & Accounts 2018 and the Notice of AGM are also available to view and download on the Vitec website at www.vitecgroup.com.

In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.1 copies of the documents will be submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection from the National Storage Mechanism at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.

Vitec's Annual General Meeting will be held at 2.00 pm on Tuesday 21 May 2019 at The Academy of Medical Sciences, 41 Portland Place, London W1B 1QH.
