On December 11, 2014, in connection with Mr. Brian D. Paliotti's previously announced appointment as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of NewMarket Corporation, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of NewMarket Corporation set Mr. Paliotti's annual base salary at $330,000, effective January 1, 2015.
