WH Smith PLC (the "Company") announces that Robert Moorhead (PDMR) transferred a certificated holding of 7,027 Ordinary shares of 226/67 pence each in the Company to his nominee account with Wealth Nominees Limited for nil consideration.� The PDMR then transferred the 7,027 shares to a nominee account in the name of his spouse, Mrs Erica Lucy Moorhead (PCA), also held with Wealth Nominees Limited.� Following the transfer, the aggregate shareholding of Robert Moorhead and persons closely associated with him remains unchanged.
