The Company announces that it received notification on 10 January 2018 that Peter Duffy, Chief Commercial Officer, exercised 3,269 Performance and 935 Matching Share Awards of ordinary shares of 27 2/7 pence each in the Company ('ordinary shares') granted on 19 December 2014 under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan ('LTIP').� On the same date, he also exercised his award of 3,058 ordinary shares under the Company's Deferred Annual Bonus Plan, also granted on 19 December 2014.�

As a result of these exercises, Peter Duffy subsequently acquired a total of 7,262 ordinary shares and then immediately sold on 10 January 2018, a total of 3,422 ordinary shares at a price of �14.795 per ordinary share in order to meet his personal tax and national insurance contribution liabilities arising from the exercise.� The balance of 3,840 shares have been retained by Mr Duffy and held in the name of a person closely associated with him.
