On October 16, 2015, The St. Joe Company (the “Company”) was notified by Joanne Viard, the Company’s Chief Accounting Officer, that she was resigning from her position for personal reasons that were unrelated to the Company, effective as of that date.

On October 16, 2015, the Company appointed Marek Bakun, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, to serve as the Company’s principal accounting officer. Biographical and other information regarding Mr. Bakun is set forth in the Company’s Proxy Statement for its 2015 Annual Meeting of Shareholders as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on May 19, 2015 and such information is hereby incorporated by reference.
