HSBC HOLDINGS PLC

ISSUANCE OF SENIOR UNSECURED NOTES

 

HSBC Holdings plc has priced an issue of US$2,500,000,000 4.950% Senior Unsecured Notes due 2030 (the 'New Notes') under its US Shelf Registration Statement. The issuance is expected to be completed on 31 March 2020. Application will be made to list the New Notes on the New York Stock Exchange.
