Richard Roe, Managing Director of Eddisons Commercial (Holdings) Limited, a company within Begbies Traynor Group plc ("Company"), has exercised an exchange notice in respect of employee shareholder status shares ("ESS Shares") held pursuant to the Eddisons employee shareholder scheme which has resulted in the issue and allotment of 101,945 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). The Ordinary Shares are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM on 8 April 2019.
