Compass Group PLC (the "Company") announces the following change in the interests of Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") in ordinary shares of 11 1/20 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares"):
On 27 September 2018, Mrs Ireena Vittal, Non-Executive Director purchased 1,616 Shares in the Company at a price of 1,689 pence per Share.
Following this purchase, Mrs Vittal's shareholding stands at 5,241 Shares, representing 0.0003% of the Company's issued share capital (excluding treasury shares).
