Charles Stanley Group PLC ("the Company") announces that on Wednesday 14 June 2017, the Charles Stanley & Co Limited Retirement Benefits Scheme (the "Scheme") sold its entire holding of 275,000 shares in the Company at a price of 360p. The sale was effected by the Scheme Trustees as part of wider de-risking changes to the Scheme's investment portfolio designed to achieve self-sufficiency over the long term and to remove that self-investment.
