The Company has granted share options in respect of 5,000 ordinary shares of 12.5p each in S&U to a Director of the Company under the Company's 2010 Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP").� �
�
The LTIP option awards were all made on 10 April 2018.�
�
The earliest date the awards will vest is on 10 April 2021 all at an exercise price of 12.5p each.� The vesting of the awards is subject to each person remaining in employment with the Company for three years from the date of the award and meeting challenging performance targets.
