LLOYDS BANKING GROUP: CHANGE TO MEMBERSHIP OF THE NOMINATION AND
GOVERNANCE COMMITTEE
The Group is pleased to announce that Stuart Sinclair, an
independent Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Remuneration
Committee, has been appointed as a member of the Nomination and
Governance Committee with effect from 1 December 2019.
Commenting on Stuart's appointment, Lord Blackwell, Chairman,
said: "Stuart is a highly valued member of the Board
and, as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, will bring valuable
experience to the Nomination and Governance Committee. I am
delighted that he has agreed to take on this important additional
role."
