Pursuant to the Company's obligations under Market Abuse Regulation 19, the Company hereby notifies that, George Pierson, Non-executive Director purchased 78,450 ordinary shares ("Shares") of US$0.02 each in the Company at 210.0243 pence per Share on 25 March 2020. Following this transaction, Mr Pierson now has a disclosable interest in 86,669 Shares, representing 0.025 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.��

The Company's issued share capital consists of 345,912,747 Shares with voting rights. Each Share carries the right to one vote. The Company does not hold any Shares in Treasury.
