Save As You Earn ("SAYE") Option Scheme
The British Land Company PLC (the "Company") announces that Emma Cariaga, Simon Carter, Chris Grigg and Nigel Webb (each a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities of the Company) were granted options over the Company's ordinary shares of 25 pence each under the Company's SAYE Option Scheme on 18 June 2019, as detailed in the table below:
