(b) On June 14, 2015, K. Vaman Kamath notified the Chairman of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Schlumberger Limited (“Schlumberger”) of his intention to retire as a member of the Schlumberger Board, effective July 17, 2015, due to personal commitments.
