Trinity (AIM: TRIN ), the leading independent E&P company focused on Trinidad and Tobago, announces that James Menzies , non-executive director, purchased 175,000 shares in the Company at a price of 14.9p per share.
Following this transaction, Mr Menzies is interested in 675,000 Ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.24 per cent of the issued share capital (voting rights), of the Company as per the following table:
