Notification of Dealings in the Company's shares by Directors
The Company announces the following dealings in the Company's ordinary shares of 10p each ("Shares") undertaken by directors / persons discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMRs").
On 17 April 2019, the Company granted the following conditional awards ("Awards") under the 2017 Wm Morrison Supermarkets Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP"). The number of shares granted being calculated using a market price of 222.78 pence per share.

The Awards will vest on 19 April 2022, but only to the extent that certain criteria are met.
