ISSUANCE OF SENIOR UNSECURED NOTES

 

On 13 November 2017, HSBC Holdings plc issued GBP1,000,000,000 2.256% Resettable Notes due November 2026 under its Debt Issuance Programme (the 'New Notes').

 

Application has been made to list the New Notes on the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange.
