RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES
CRH plc announces that yesterday, 21st October 2015, it transferred to a participant in an employee share scheme 1,109 Ordinary Shares at price of €21.5235 per Ordinary Share.
Following the above transaction, CRH plc holds 1,308,086 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 822,314,398.
