Two matters were voted upon by the Company’s stockholders at the 2015 Annual Meeting: (1) three members of the board of directors were elected; and (2) the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2015 was ratified.
