In accordance with DTR 3.1 and Article 19 of The Market Abuse Regulation, the Company announces that it was notified on 23 November 2017 that North Atlantic Smaller Companies Investment Trust PLC and Oryx International Growth Fund Ltd, part of Harwood Capital LLP, to which Christopher Mills, Director of these Companies is a beneficiary, sold a total of 1,500,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 725 pence per Ordinary Share. As a consequence of this transaction Mr. Mills is directly and indirectly interested, including those held by Related Persons, in 7,055,000 shares:
