The Company was informed that today, Rachel Tongue, Group Finance Director of Games Workshop, transferred 500 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of �41.488 per share into an ISA.

As a result Mrs Tongue's ultimate beneficial interest remains at 5,314 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.02 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
