Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
On March 3, 2020, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Nature’s Sunshine Products, Inc. (the “Company”) increased the base salary of its Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Joseph W. Baty, from $375,000 to $382,500, which increase is effective March 16, 2020. The Compensation Committee also increased Mr. Baty’s target percentage for purposes of his annual cash incentive from 55% of his base salary to 60% of his base salary.
