Byotrol plc, the AIM listed anti-microbial technology company, announces that it has posted to shareholders the Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2018 as well as a notice of the Annual General Meeting ('AGM').

The Company's AGM will be held at 10.30 am on Friday 21 September 2018 at the offices of finnCap Ltd, 60 New Broad Street, London EC2M 1JJ.
